My order showed up with a defect, and the box was beat up too. I was a little annoyed at first, well, more disappointed than annoyed, but support did end up fixing it. It just took longer than I expected, so the experience was okay overall, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I had been trying to find this jacket size everywhere and it was sold out at most places, so I was happy to see Sportbike Track Gear actually had it available. Checkout was quick and easy too. I do wish the instructions/details were a little clearer, but overall it was nice to finally find what I needed in stock.

"Deals, Sort Of"
They do have some decent deals here and there, which is nice. Somehow, though, I still walked out feeling like my wallet had been personally attacked. So yeah, discounts exist... just not enough to make it feel cheap.

"Solid gear, sizing took a second"
I ordered a riding jacket and a pair of gloves from Sportbike Track Gear, and overall I’m happy with it. Both pieces showed up looking just like the pictures, and the materials feel solid in person. The jacket stitching looks clean, and the armor sits where it’s supposed to. The gloves felt a little stiff at first, but after a short break-in they’re comfortable. I’m giving 4 stars because the sizing was a bit tricky for me and I had to go back and double check the chart. Still, the quality seems really good.

"Surprisingly No Damage"
I was expecting at least some dented corners or parts rattling around, since that seems to happen way too often with shipped orders. But this one actually showed up packed really well. The box felt sturdy, everything was padded properly, and nothing looked scratched or banged up. I’m still a little cautious because shipping can be hit or miss, but this order was handled carefully enough that I’d probably order again.

"Fair Shipping and Solid Service"
Ordered a couple parts from sportbiketrackgear.com i was kind of bracing myself for the shipping cost at checkout because, yeah, some bike sites really sneak up on you there. But this one was way better than I expected. I remember thinking, okay, that’s actually fair. Everything showed up packed well, nothing sketchy, and I didn’t feel like I got charged a ridiculous amount just to get it to my door. Simple experience, but a good one. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Return was easy, refund just took a bit"
I ordered a jacket and ended up sending it back because the fit just wasn’t right for me. To be fair, the return process itself was straightforward, and the instructions were clear, so I can’t really complain about that. The only thing that bothered me was how long the refund took. It was a little over a week after they received it, and I kept checking my email more than I probably should have. The money did come back with no issues, so it’s not like anything went wrong. I just wish it had been a bit faster. Overall, not a bad experience, but not exactly great either.

Once they got my return, they sent the replacement out quickly. The second one fit great, which should’ve happened the first time if I had measured better. No hassle, no weird runaround, just a simple exchange. 5 stars from me...

I did get updates, so it’s not like there was no communication at all. They just came later than I would’ve liked, which was a bit frustrating. I appreciate that they were sent eventually, but timing definitely could’ve been better.
